Truly the experience has been unbelievable, and continues to be each time I go in for service...or even just to say hello to my salesman. I feel so good about Ed Koehn that I have even written a letter to the Ford Motor Company as well as the MADA (Michigan Automobile Dealers Association). As well, Ed Koehn is/was personally accessible druing all points of the sale. They have this saying at the dealership that you are not buying a Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, or any certain make of their used vehicles....you are buying an "ED KOEHN." So true, so true!..." |
